Service Description
This is a 1 hour session that is specifically tailored to suit your individual needs and follows the themes that arose from your initial consultation session. You will be guided in a confidential and therapeutic setting as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing with YBL Therapy. These sessions are for those invested in actualising positive change in their life. It is recommended that you book weekly sessions to maintain the benefits from the work. A link for the session will be sent via email before the session begins. I look forward to working with you.
